The Shuttle launch for today has been scrubbed due to a problem with the early cut-off fuel sensor. A problem with these sensors was discovered during fueling tests on Discovery early this spring.
There is no word yet on how long the mission will be delayed. NASA has until July 31 to launch the Space Shuttle, or wait until September 9.
Needless to say, the event at Exploration Place has been postponed. Stay tuned here for any details on rescheduling.
